Job summary

Popeyes in San Juan, TX (1607 E. Expressway 83) is hiring Team Members to serve hot and fresh food with Cajun Hospitality in a clean, friendly, and fast environment. Join a team that values guests and pride in great Louisiana flavors.

You’ll fill roles including Cashier, Crew Member, Cook and Backline Prep; training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within the organization. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays helps the team meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, currently preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
