Job summary

IPP - Independent Pet Partners in Roseville, MN is seeking a friendly Team Member to provide exceptional service to pet parents. You will share product knowledge, help customers select items, and support daily store operations.

This role requires 18+, willingness to learn, and ability to work evenings/weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred; you will help with cash register duties, merchandising, and store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Professional retail sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
• Share product knowledge and suggestions to fit customer needs and promote pet health.
• Perform front end duties such as handling the cash register, bagging, replenishing merchandise, and preparing displays.
• Organize and maintain a clean store front and stock room.
• Assist with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, labeling products, and special store events.
• All other assigned duties from the Store Manager and/or Retail Management Team.

Physical Demands

• Position requires a person to be both indoors and outdoors (to assist with customer carry out).
• Must be able to stand 8 hours per day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of animals including small and large dogs.
• Must be able to work around pet hair and dander.

$14.00-$16.45 per hour DOE/DOQ
