Job summary

Independent Pet Partners is seeking a part-time Team Member in Elk River, MN to deliver exceptional service to pet parents and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will share product knowledge, assist with front-end duties, and support store events while meeting sales targets.

The role requires 18+ with strong communication, willingness to learn, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Great benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.

Essential Job Functions Section

Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Position requires a person to be both indoors and outdoors (to assist with customer carry out).
• Must be able to stand 8 hours per day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of animals including small and large dogs.
• Must be able to work around pet hair and dander.

$14.00-$16.45 per hour DOE/DOQ
