Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is hiring Team Members for Smoothie King in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this role, you will engage with Guests to help them meet their fitness and nutrition goals by blending smoothies and providing a friendly experience. Applicants should be at least 16 years old, with fast-food experience preferred but not essential. The position offers $10 per hour plus tips, free smoothies, flexible schedules, and a supportive work environment focused on values and team spirit.

Overview

We are hiring team members immediately to join our crew. Work in a fun and at times fast-paced environment. Our Team Members are the face of our business and the Smoothie King Brand. They help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products that inspire our Guests to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Team Members take orders, prepare food, cashier the transaction, and assist in keeping the store clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and juices.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

What our Team Members Need to Know

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a "guest comes first" attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
