Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring Team Members to join our team and become ambassadors of the brand. We are seeking individuals who can work during our business hours of 7am to 4pm and who have open availability.

Qualifications

• Help Guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding smoothie and product choices.

Responsibilities

We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful applicant will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
