Job summary

Smoothie King in Auburn, AL is seeking a Team Member to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. You will greet guests, explain the menu, and help create customized smoothies and bowls while maintaining a clean, friendly environment.

Starting pay ranges from $10 to $12 per hour with incentives or prizes. Flexible scheduling, uniform provided, and a supportive team culture await in this energetic role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is ESSENTIAL and required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on GUEST SATISFACTION.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to Multi-task high pressure situations with minimal supervision is required.
• Black Athletic Bottoms and Non Slip Grip Tennis Shoes required.

• Explain our purpose-driven menu and suggest specific smoothies/bowls, extras, and enhancers to help customize every experience for our guests.
• Blend and serve the perfect smoothie or smoothie bowl QUICKLY and within our goal of 3 minutes and thirty seconds.
• Communicate with fellow Team Members, Managers, and Customers in a POSITIVE manner.
• Ability to show up on time with a willingness and ready to work.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, juices, while demonstrating food safety.
• Performs store checklist tasks during shift such as restocking, cleaning, dishes, etc
• Remains calm with fellow Team Members and Guests during high volume times.
