Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring Team Members in Wilmington, NC to join a fun, fast-paced environment. Team Members greet guests, take orders, prepare beverages, cashier, and keep the store clean and stocked. This role is perfect for someone who loves smoothies and helping guests achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old; fast-food experience is a plus but not required. We offer a supportive team, flexible schedules, a strong benefits package, and free smoothies.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and juices.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.

We are hiring team members immediately to join our crew! Work in a fun and at times, fast-paced environment.

Our Team Members make it happen! Team Members are the face of our business and the Smoothie King Brand. They help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by helping select smoothies and retail products that inspire our Guests to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Team members take orders, prepare food, cashier the transaction, and assist in keeping the store clean and well-stocked.
