Job summary

Dunkin’ in Missouri is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support daily operations by preparing food and beverages, following brand standards, and delivering friendly service in a fast-paced setting. You will maintain a clean workstation, assist with drive-thru or front counter orders, and help guests with menu questions while upholding food safety and quality.

Overview

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Education/Experience

• You must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred
