Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to support Dunkin’ brand standards and ensure fast, friendly guest service. You’ll prepare food and beverages, assemble orders, and keep the workspace clean and organized in a bustling Concord restaurant.

We require you to be at least 18 years old, with a HS Diploma or GED preferred. You will thrive in a team-oriented environment, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing needs while delivering accurate orders to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.

Overview

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
