Job summary

Pizza Hut team member position reports to Restaurant General Manager with duties focused on guest experience and customer service excellence. The role emphasizes following training, maintaining brand standards, and delivering high satisfaction while supporting food prep and kitchen cleanliness.

The incumbent contributes to a positive restaurant culture, adheres to company policies, and participates in ongoing training to enhance service delivery and guest interactions at the store level.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Position Specific Training Processes Listed on Shoulder 2 Shoulder Training
• Always Puts Customer Needs First
• Promote Positive Restaurant Culture (Live Life Unboxed!)
• Delivers on Pizza Hut Service Principles (Deliver it Fast, Make Food We are Proud to Service, Service with a Smile)
• Deliver High Customer Satisfaction Results
• Follow All Tasty Hut, LLC and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and Processes (Food, Restaurant and Driver Safety, CHAMPS, Brand Standards, FSSC, CORE)
• Completes Cleaning Duties and Sidework Daily
• Provides Excellent Customer Service on Telephone Calls
• Cleans and Washes Dishes
• Assist with Food Preparation and Ready 4 Customer Practices
• Adheres to Employee Handbook and Policies (Cash Controls, Anti-Harassment, etc.)
• Maintains Professional Image and Highly Ethical Conduct as Representative of Tasty Hut, LLC
• Exhibits Tasty Hut, LLC Core Values and Work Daily to Fulfill Mission and Vision
• Other Duties as Assigned
