Job summary

Pizza Hut Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by following brand standards and completing required trainings. The role emphasizes customer service, a positive attitude, and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will participate in Shoulder 2 Shoulder training, assist with food prep and kitchen tasks, and ensure cleanliness and hospitality in all guest interactions. This position supports on-site service and daily operations.

• Experience delivering friendly customer service and teamwork.
• Willing to complete Shoulder 2 Shoulder and Learning Zone courses.
• Adherence to company policies and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow training processes listed on Shoulder 2 Shoulder training.
• Always put customer needs first and deliver high guest satisfaction.
• Assist with food preparation and ready for customer service practices.
