Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's Amazing customer service experience.
• Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and preparing for the next rush.
• Assist the Store Manager in onboarding and training new team members.
• Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying motivation factors and providing constructive feedback to reinforce performance.
• Proactively seek opportunities to increase individual and team sales.
• Understand and execute cash handling, POS and operational procedures accurately.
• Ensure team follows all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Serve as a keyholder, following opening and closing procedures.
• Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
• Assist Store Manager with administrative duties as requested.
