Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and keep service smooth during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a fast-paced store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve performance targets.
• Manage daily operations, including opening/closing tasks and inventory control.
• Ensure smooth service during peak periods and handle customer escalations professionally.
• Foster a positive, energetic store culture focused on speed, accuracy, and hospitality.
