Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash in Highland, UT is hiring for a frontline team member to greet customers, explain services, and handle transactions. You will work outdoors in a loud environment and assist customers with questions, all while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

The role requires smiling, good reading/writing skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. A current driver's license and a clean driving record are preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the location.
• Maintains awareness of services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash.
• Explains services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash to customers.
• Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Ensures accurate transactions by balancing cash register at start and end of shift.
• Assists customers in locating products and directs to other departments as necessary.
• Holds advertising signs and performs marketing-related functions.
• Sells additional services and vending items by recognizing opportunities.
• Accurately completes sales transactions and maintains cash accountability at POS.
• Stocks and maintains merchandise in vending cart.
• Maintains housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, car wash).
• Explains car wash entry procedures and follows safety guidelines.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Personwill work outside in a loud environment due to carwashequipment. The person will be in constant motion and willparticipatein physical activities, such as lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending,reachingand stooping.

• Greetscustomers as they enter the location

• Explains services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash to customers
• Assistscustomers with questions or price discrepancies
• Ensuresaccuratetransactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, andverifyingsales at end of shift
• Assistscustomers inlocatingvarious products, resolving complaints, or providing information; directs customers to otherdepartmentsas necessary
• Holds advertising signs and performs other marketing-related functions
• Properly usessales membership pitch when interacting with new customers
• Sellsadditionalservices and vending items by recognizing opportunities and benefits to the customer
• Accurately and efficientlycompletessales transactions andmaintainsproper cashaccountabilitiesat POS registers
• Stocks andmaintainsmerchandise in vendingcart
• Maintains housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash)
• Explains car wash entry procedure to customers and follows exact car loading and "prepping" procedures, ensuring employee and/or customer safety is not jeopardized

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3–5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
