Job summary

Quick Quack Car Wash in El Paso is seeking team members to greet customers, explain services, and ensure accurate transactions at the cash register. This fast-paced outdoor role requires energy, reliability, and a friendly demeanor in a loud environment.

You will work varied hours including weekends and holidays, lift up to 50 pounds, and support maintenance and merchandising tasks while upholding dress and grooming standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they enter the location.
• Maintains awareness of services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash.
• Explains services provided by Quick Quack Car Wash to customers.
• Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies.
• Ensures accurate transactions by balancing cash register at the beginning and end of shift, and verifyingsales at end of shift.
• Assistscustomers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information; directs customers to otherdepartmentsas necessary
• Holds advertising signs and performs other marketing-related functions
• Properly uses sales membership pitch when interacting with new customers
• Sells additional services and vending items by recognizing opportunities and benefits to the customer
• Accurately and efficiently completes sales transactions and maintains proper cash accountability at POS registers
• Stocks and maintains merchandise in vending cart
• Maintains housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash)
• Explains car wash entry procedure to customers and follows exact car loading and "prepping" procedures, ensuring employee and/or customer safety is not jeopardized
• Performs other duties as assigned

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3–5 years. Must have a current Driver’s License (not suspended or expired).
