Job summary

Workstream is hiring Team Members for its Popeyes restaurant in Harlingen, Texas. Ideal candidates are friendly, motivated, and deliver hot and fresh food with excellent service. Responsibilities include working as a Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, or Backline Prep, with a preferred background of at least 6 months in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. Qualifications

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

The Popeye’s Team Members are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality. Our Team Member roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, currently preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
