Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Team Member to join our bakery team. You will greet guests, assist with product selection, and help with cake finishing, frosting, and packaging while maintaining a clean, food-safe workspace.

You will work across bakery areas, stocking and merchandising, supporting operations, and contributing to a friendly, celebratory atmosphere that reflects our brand. Training is provided, and the environment is casual and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

As a Team Member, you will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, allowing you to support all areas of the bakery while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
