Job summary

Boss Chicken is hiring for a Team Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team in El Paso, TX. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and assist across stations including front counter and Drive-Thru.

Maintain cleanliness and health standards while supporting the team in a collaborative environment. The role requires 16+ years of age, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexible availability including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• No visible tattoos on the head, neck or face above the uniform.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or point of sale devices, as needed, and uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate sales opportunities.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests’ orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Cleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, food prep, fryers).
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Learns team effectiveness skills and works with others to achieve team goals.
• Communicates in a positive manner with customers, peers, and managers.
• Works flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
