Job description

The Team Member position takes on a variety of duties in a fast‑paced, family‑friendly environment, ensuring guests receive friendly service and a clean dining space.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds to customer issues
• Operates the cash register or point‑of‑sale devices and uses suggestive‑selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities
• Verifies the accuracy of guests’ orders
• Prepares and packages food and drink products
• Cleans kitchen areas, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils
• Cleans dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior grounds
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
• Performs duties at multiple workstations (front counter, drive‑thru, food prep, fryers, etc.)
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Follows BOSS uniform and grooming standards and policies
• Works to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant
• Develops team‑effectiveness skills and collaborates with others to achieve team goals
• Responds to guests’ needs in a professional and polite manner
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• No visible tattoos on the head, neck or face above the uniform
• Must perform essential functions and duties as listed in the Team Member job description
