Job summary

Popeyes Edmond is seeking team members to help deliver hot, fresh, and high-quality Cajun-inspired meals in a fast-paced environment. You will join a friendly, guest-focused team and contribute to quick service, accuracy, and hospitality.

Roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep, with opportunities to grow within the organization. Must be flexible for evenings and weekends and capable of standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• 6 months of QSR experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Availability for evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to withstand restaurant physical demands.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

The Popeye’s Team Members are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality. Our Team Member roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, currently preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
