Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members to serve hot and fresh meals with Cajun hospitality. You’ll work as a cashier, crew member, cook, or backline prep, delivering food to guests in a friendly, fast, and clean environment.

The role requires 6 months in QSR, a HS diploma or GED preferred, flexible availability, POS familiarity, and ServSafe preferred. You’ll thrive in a team with strong communication and the ability to handle physical demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, currently preferred.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

Responsibilities

A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality.
