Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Chula Vista, CA seeks a friendly front desk associate to greet members, sign up new guests, and keep the gym sparkling. You’ll be the first welcome and help with tours and memberships.

This role combines customer service, basic POS duties, and daily cleaning. English fluency and a positive attitude are essential, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
• Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
• Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the LMS
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings

Job Description

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.37 / hour; based on experience

As a valued team member, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
