Job summary

Chuze Fitness is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to welcome members, assist with sign-ups, tours, and inquiries while maintaining a pristine gym environment.

You will handle membership questions, phone inquiries, and POS transactions, and support billing issues when needed. Training materials are reviewed regularly, and smoothies may be prepared at locations with a smoothie bar.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is consistently clean
• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
• Assist with billing issues and disputes and elevate to leadership when needed
• Regularly review and complete all training materials and LMS updates
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with amenities, offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings

Job Description

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.37 / hour

As a valued team member, you’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests


• Provide membership information and facilitate tours


• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean


• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns


• Assist with billing issues and disputes and elevate to leadership when needed


• Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)


• Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions


• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards


• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
