Job summary

Popeyes Cedar Hill is hiring Team Members to serve hot, fresh food and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting. You will help with cashiering, cooking, and backline prep while upholding Popeyes Cajun Hospitality and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.

• Deliver food to guests that is cooked to standard and served with friendly hospitality.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

The Popeye’s Team Members are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality. Our Team Member roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep.
