Job summary

&pizza is hiring at our Ashburn, VA location to join a team that crafts great pies and delivers an exceptional guest experience. You’ll learn our custom pizza builds and work closely with teammates to ensure hospitality is second to none.

In this role you’ll spend most of your shift on the shop floor, handle safe food prep, and follow uniform policies while lifting up to 40 pounds as needed. We offer tips, growth opportunities, and benefits as part of a welcoming, fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• Team player with ability to follow directions.
• Excellent guest hospitality and service mindset.
• Learn and execute our custom pizza builds.
• Practice safe food handling and hygiene.
• Adhere to uniform policy and shop floor presence.
• Lift 20–40 pounds and move throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Conversational English required.

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Enjoy working in a team environment + be willing to take direction
• Best in class hospitality
• Learn our custom pizza builds
• Practice safe food handling
• Adhere to uniform policy
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 20-40 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to speak conversational English
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
