Qualifications

• Preferred Qualifications include environmental compliance or related field, retail profit and loss statement management, supervisory experience, warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams to deliver superior member experience across multiple areas including Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow.
• Model Sam's Club values, demonstrate servant leadership, and drive a culture of accountability and community impact.
• Foster curiosity, digital transformation, and continuous improvement through the team.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset and apply EDLP and EDLC business models in planning and execution.
• Collaborate with partners across functions to motivate, influence, and achieve objectives.
