The role supports multiple workgroups including Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising and Freight Flow. The position emphasizes servant leadership, culture, and the ability to drive continuous improvement using digital tools while focusing on member outcomes and EDLP/EDLC business models.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 or more years of college
• 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
• 1 year's SAM'S Club experience
• 3 years’ military experience
