Qualifications

2 or more years of college
1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience
2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
1 year's SAM'S Club experience
3 years’ military experience
Environmental Compliance or related field
Retail profit and loss statement management experience
Supervisory experience
Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance

Responsibilities

Lead Member Experience teams in Sam's Club with a focus on customer service and store operations.
Support omnichannel and EDLP/EDLC business models in planning and execution.
Mentor and develop associates, promote teamwork and best practices.
Contribute to a safe, compliant, and high-performing warehouse environment.
