Sam's Club in Springfield, MO is seeking a Team Manager to lead Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow teams. You will empower associates to deliver exceptional member service and drive omni-merchant strategies.

This role offers competitive pay from $70,000 to $95,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, retirement plans, PTO, and education programs through Live Better U.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of college.
• OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience
• OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
• OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience
• OR 3 years’ military experience
