Sam's Club is seeking a Team Manager for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow roles. You will empower associates to deliver exceptional member service while living our values and leading with curiosity and digital-minded change.

The role offers a salary range of $70,000–$95,000 per year, with performance bonuses and benefits; primary location is Colonial Heights, VA. Join a team focused on culture, customer focus, and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Member Experience across multiple areas (Fresh, Merchandising, Fulfillment, Freight Flow).
• Empower associates to take care of members through servant leadership and collaboration.
• Apply omni-merchant thinking and data-driven planning to improve store operations.
