This role requires flexibility to cover nights and weekends, a ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it, and a proven ability to motivate others in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts and support team development.
• Maintain high standards for food, service, and staff.
• Lead, manage and coach team members to exceed goals.
• Participate in interviewing and selection.
• Train staff in food safety standards.
