Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and maintain high standards our guests expect.

You will lead, coach, and motivate staff to excel in sales, speed, and order accuracy, while fostering a culture of warmth and trust. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Delight guests with the quality of food, service, and staff.
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
