Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to join our bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold the high standards guests expect. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff leadership, and operational excellence across busy shifts.

You will lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve goals in sales, speed, and accuracy while maintaining a welcoming dining experience and our Guiding Values.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
