You will work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment, with opportunities for growth and a positive impact on guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests with the quality of food, service, and staff.
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching and motivating them to exceed goals.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards.
