Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead the bakery-cafe's leadership team and oversee shifts, guest satisfaction, and staff development. You’ll coach and motivate teammates to exceed goals in sales, speed, and accuracy, while upholding our high standards.

You will participate in hiring, train for food safety, and contribute to building a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+
• 1+ years restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to lead shifts in a fast-paced environment
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest is delighted by the quality of food, service, and staff.
• Lead, manage and develop team members through coaching and motivation to exceed goals.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Train team in food safety standards and ensure compliance.
