Panera Bread is seeking an Assistant Manager Lead who will join the bakery-cafe leadership team to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect. You will lead by example, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
