You will help coach and motivate staff, ensure food safety, participate in interviews, and contribute to a culture of warmth, growth, and trust. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are delighted by food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that foster loyal guests.
