You will hire, train, and coach teammates; ensure food safety; foster a warm, inclusive culture; and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, friendly bakery-cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• This role may require a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
