Job summary

Panera Bread Company in Texas is seeking a Team Manager to lead the bakery-cafe's leadership team, run great shifts, support team development, and maintain high standards our guests expect.

As a Team Manager, you will delight guests with quality food and service, coach staff to exceed goals in sales, speed, and accuracy, participate in interviews, train in food safety, and help build a culture of warmth and trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Build engaging relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Oversee shifts to maintain high standards.
