Job summary

Panera Bread Company in Midland, TX is seeking a Team Manager to join the bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and maintain high standards for food quality, service, and guest experience.

You will lead, coach and develop team members, participate in hiring, and train staff on food safety while contributing to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust. This role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
