The Team Manager, CAAS will lead and manage the CAAS team, ensuring service delivery, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Responsibilities include overseeing strategy, revenue, budget, and cross-functional collaboration, while maintaining team satisfaction and productivity.
The role involves driving profitability, utilization, upskilling, and alignment with business goals. You will serve as the first point of contact for staff concerns and work proactively to enhance engagement and growth. Some billable client work and direct client interactions are expected to contribute to revenue growth.
This position reports to the Division Manager, CAAS, is fully remote, and can be based anywhere in the U.S.
Work is flexible, full-time, and may require travel. Must be able to work extended hours at a computer and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
