Job summary

Panera LLC is seeking a Team Manager Lead in Southgate, MI to supervise and develop a high-performing restaurant team. You will coach staff, oversee shifts, ensure food quality and safety, and drive guest satisfaction.

You’ll participate in hiring and training, manage performance, and help uphold Panera’s culture of warmth and belonging. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required, with opportunities for growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check may be required.

• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Conditional upon the results of a background check.

While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds. Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours. Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
