Title: Team Leader (LCSW – Program Director)
FLSA Status: Exempt
Program: Youth Assertive Community Treatment Rockland
Hours: 35 per week
Reporting To: Director of Children’s Clinical Services
Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 annually
After six months, a $5,000 retention bonus is available.
The Youth ACT Team serves children and youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) in Rockland County, providing intensive, coordinated, individualized services through a multidisciplinary team to support their success in home, school, and community settings.
The Team Leader supervises staff activities, leads meetings, provides clinical guidance, and manages client services, including direct clinical work with a small caseload. Responsibilities include staff supervision, program management, and community engagement, all aligned with recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches.
