Wieland is hiring a Team Leader - Welding in Delaware, OH to drive daily production, ensure safety, and coach welders to pass certifications. This on-site role reports to the Production Manager and requires strong leadership and ASME code knowledge.

The position runs on 2nd shift, 4:00pm-2:30am, with a starting pay of $37.00 per hour plus a $0.75 per hour shift differential. Training on 1st shift may occur briefly.

Formación

Wieland is hiring a Team Leader - Welding. The Team Leader - Welding will be responsible for working with Production Manager to obtain daily goals and give daily directions, ensuring employees follow all safety guidelines, and training employees on the fabrication processes of our products.

This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: $37.00 per hour, PLUS $0.75/hr shift differential

Schedule: 2nd shift - Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am

***Training on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly

Responsibilities

• Prepare welders to successfully pass weld certifications.
• Set and obtain daily goals to meet production requirements
• Assist employees with process issues
• Adjust manpower to meet goals and continue cross training processes
• Fill in when needed to meet goals
• Ensure product meets and conforms to quality standards
• Evaluate employee work performance based on quality and production goals

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ASME Code
• Minimum 5 years code welding experience
• Demonstrate skill as a leader
• Able to perform each essential task satisfactorily
• Must be able to work with all levels within the organization
