Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Team Leader for the 3rd shift at the Walker, MI plant. You will lead production team members, coach adherence to safety, quality standards, and daily standard work, and support continuous improvement in productivity and morale.
You will verify product conformance, monitor checks per quality checklists, and ensure accurate labeling, packing, and label sign-offs before movement from the workcell.

The Team Leader is the first line of support for the production team members. The team leaders helps to lead and coach the production team in obtainment of daily standard work requirements in the areas of Safety, Quality, Productivity and Morale. The team leader assists with root cause/ problem solving for quality and delivery issues.
3rd Shift / 10:30 PM-6:30 AM Sunday-Thursday position located at our Plant in Walker, MI. Occasionally, this may require you to arrive early, stay late, or work on weekends, outside of our regular hours, to ensure we successfully meet customer needs, deadlines, or urgent requests.
