We are seeking an experienced Traffic Team Leader to guide our Traffic Team in Cranberry Township, PA. In this role, you will provide leadership both in-person and virtually, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and professional growth. You will be instrumental in ensuring successful project execution, optimizing resources, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Coach, lead, and inspire team members to reinforce a culture of ownership, engagement, and professional growth
• Project & Resource Management: Drive superior project execution, cross-service collaboration, and workload prioritization while monitoring project budgets and utilization
• Client Relations: Support efforts to maintain long-term client partnerships by delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with peers, Group Managers, and Service Group team members to drive budget management, technical direction, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Pennsylvania, Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) Certification Preferred
• 8+ years of technical competency and project experience to include projects such as:
• Traffic Impact Studies
• Traffic signalization
• Corridor traffic signal optimization
• Intersection improvement studies/ designs
• PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permits
• Maintenance and protection of traffic and detour plans
• Accessible curb ramp design
• Minimum 4+ years of project management experience is preferred
• Ability to provide timely project deliverables
• Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction
• Requires travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary (Valid driver’s license required)
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
