Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum in a leadership/managerial position.
• 3–4 years minimum as Shift Leader.
• 5–10 years in Senior Management (GM or higher).

Responsibilities

• Guide the team with a servant’s heart and support senior leadership in daily operations.
• Ensure shift leaders follow recipes and read tickets for accurate order preparation.
• Maintain precision with weights and measurements for all recipe items.
• Enforce cash handling procedures and hold cashiers accountable.
• Address guest issues and consult management on complex matters.
• Maintain positive relationships and provide guidance and feedback to staff.
• Report employee performance and policy violations to management for appropriate action.
