Job summary

New Hope of Indiana is seeking a full-time Team Leader to supervise two houses within the Supported Living Program. This Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm role includes on-call evenings and weekend requirements. You will guide staff, support individuals, and ensure coordinated care across sites.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Valid Indiana Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and support the emotional, medical, and safety needs of individuals with compassion.
Advocates for equitable access to services and upholds the rights of all individuals.
Mentor staff to promote growth and independence per each Person-Centered Plan.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure inclusive care coordination.
Manage finances in line with policy and individuals' competency.
Participate in on-call rotation and cover sites as needed.
Maintain staffing levels to promote best life practices and resource stewardship.
Assist with onboarding of new associates and provide training.
