Team Leader Stamping 2nd Shift

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Coordinate and prioritize activities of production personnel to meet customer, plant, and management requirements.
• Interpret specifications and job orders to workers and assign duties.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower to minimize overtime requirements. Study production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
• Observe workers and machines to detect errors or malfunctions and order corrective actions.

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Stamping Supervisor.

Required experience:

• High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must be able to use micrometers, calipers, and scales.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
