Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Kentucky in Paducah is seeking a high-energy Team Leader to guide our retail store operations. This full-time role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and mission-driven work helping neighbors in need.

Pay is $13.50 per hour. Typical schedule is Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include supervising Production Clerks, coaching staff, greeting donors and customers, cash handling, and maintaining stock.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have basic math skills and ability to make change.
• Complete paperwork in a timely manner.
• May coach Production Clerk(s) in one-on-one training.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assists in directing and modeling duties for Production Clerks.
• Greet donors and customers; offer assistance and maintain great customer service.
• Sorts material and stocks items in stores; rotates stock as needed.
• Operates cash register.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
